Moisture and leak detection

Our sensors measure moisture and temperature, at the top and bottom of the insulation material. With this, we can detect leaks but also see how moisture is moving in the roof.

Heat Resistance

By understanding the temperature at the top and bottom, we assess the thermal resistance and have insight into the temperature profile. In this way, we can observe differences and deduce whether the roof is contaminated or at risk.

Waterproof

The Inscio Sensors are waterproof and have a battery that will last up to 15 years through smart use.

Safe

Our sensors have CE certification, the technology is proven, and the software is SOC 2 certified.

Inscio sensors follow the latest laws and regulations, so we are already ready for Firmware over the Air.

Connectivity we do with KPN; robust and very secure.

Wireless

The sensors are specifically designed for use in the roof and disappear under the roof covering.

The sensor sends data to KPN's LoRaWan, which provide secure data processing. All wirelessly, without cables and without internet on site.

Height adjustable

Our sensors are infinitely adjustable in height and suitable for insulation material with a height between 6 cm and 40 cm.

New construction, renovation and existing

We install Inscio sensors in new construction, during renovations and in existing roofs.

For existing roofs, we make an 18-inch hole in the roof, lower the sensor and a roofer reseals the roof neatly.

Scalable and secure

Inscio leverages KPN's reliable and flexibly scalable LoRA infrastructure.

Up to 15 years

By smartly collecting data, Inscio Sensors last up to 15 years.

No cables and internet

Inscio Sensors do not need cables, nor is on-site Internet required. The sensors have a battery and use LoRaWan wireless technology. KPN has nationwide infrastructure for this that we use.

Tested and safe

Our sensors have CE marking, are extensively tested and are very safe.

Laws and regulations

We always follow laws and regulations, so we are already ready for Firmware Updates - Over The Air.
