Inscio Roof Sensor technology measures moisture, humidity and temperature. This allows us to detect leaks early and monitor the movement of moisture within the roof.

Battery life Up to 20 years
Inscio Sensors are equipped with a battery that, thanks to smart technology, lasts up to 20 years. This is possible because we send small packets of data via an energy-efficient method.
No cables or internet
The data collected by our sensors is sent wirelessly via LoRaWan for secure processing. This means no cables in the roof or internet connection on site is needed.

New construction, renovation and existing
We install Inscio sensors in new construction, during renovations and in existing roofs.
For existing roofs, we make an 18-inch hole in the roof, lower the sensor and a roofer reseals the roof neatly.
