Jeroen van de Laar and Ernest Knoors founded Inscio in September 2020. The company places IoT sensors in the insulation layer of roofs, which measure humidity, temperature and pressure loads and send the readings to a dashboard at a chosen interval of, say, an hour (see also Roofs November 2021). "We offer insight where there was none before," says Jeroen van de Laar.
